HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Only registered customers will have access to online purchasing services.

This registration process is free and does not require any purchase. To be able to purchase, it  is necessary to log into the site by entering the email address and password defined at the time of the original registration

To buy a product you must add it to the " shopping cart ",  This procedure does not commit to the purchase, in fact, the customer will have the right to change quantities and items that it intends to acquire by adding or deleting one or more items from the cart .

The order will be confirmed only after the payment is received.

 

PRODUCTS NOT AVAILABLE

You can pre-purchase a t product even though at the time it may not be in stock.  We will finalize the order as soon as possible and dispatch it once all the products in your shopping cart  are available.


Normally for Italian products the waiting time is from 2-3 days, while for foreign products times will be longer due to shipping times from abroad (10/15 days maximum)

TERMS OF PAYMENT -  DELIVERY  - DESPATCHS

Your purchases are ALWAYS protected via any payment method you choose: Credit Card, Bank Transfer in advance, PayPal:

Transactions online with Credit Card or Prepaid Card will be dealt directly by the circuit PayPal.


- No one can  access the credit card information used by customers, PayPal applies automatically encrypt confidential data that is sent between the client computer and the server PayPal .

- If your choice is to pay by bank transfer in advance, we’ll maintain available products  with a fixed price for a few days,(the time normally necessary to complete the formal transfer of the currency practices) and the order will then be dispatched once payment is received.

Our couriers can deliver your orders to any address in Italy, in a very short time: within 24 hours if you live in an easily accessible place, and within 48/72 hours, if you live in a place difficult to access (include small islands and mountain resorts) .

 

Delivery time should not consider Saturdays and public holidays. Indicated time periods such as delivery times may not be considered binding for Camogli Carte Nautiche srl and are only standard examples.

You’ll receive an e - mail with the shipping details to be able to track your package once shipped.

To optimize the delivery time we ask you to provide a shipping address where there is always an attendant to sign, in order to avoid failure or further delays in delivery. .

SHIPMENTS ABROAD

We can also send your order to a foreign address, but in this case in order to know the amount of extra shipping charges, please  provide an exact address of delivery and an e-mail indicating the material you wish to order.  We will send you a quote and updated delivery time. In this case you can pay by bank transfer or through Paypal.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION / RETURNED GOODS


Purchases made on our site, by phone or correspondence, are protected by Italian Legislative Decree 21.02.2014 No. 21, which provides the possibility for the consumer to exercise the right of returned items.

The Customer may exercise the right of return within 14 working days from receipt of goods. This right is to return goods purchased from the supplier without penalty and without giving any reason.  The returned items must not be worn, not used nor damaged, and must be accompanied by the related invoice. The Customer is required to send a request to: info@camoglicartenautiche.com it in order to obtain the refund authorization. In the email it is required to specify the code of the Product(s) the Customer wants to return and the desired compensation: change or reimbursement (refund of the purchase price will not include delivery cost).

Once the return request has been received, CAMOGLI CARTE NAUTICHE will send to the Customer a written confirmation with the detailed instructions.
